塔机起重臂焊接接头的热机耦合仿真与金相分析

摘要 焊接是塔机最重要的加工丁艺之一。以起重臂的焊接接头为研究对象,基于ABAQUS实现了接头的热机耦合计算,得出瞬态温度场和应力场特性;通过金相分析方法,研究了母材区、热影响区以及焊缝区的显微组织特性,并推断其力学性能,对于焊缝可靠性的提升有着重要的意义。 Welding is one of the most important processing technologies of tower crane. With the boom of the welded joint as the research object, the thermo mechanical coupling calculation of the joint is realized based on ABAQUS, and the temperature field and stress field of transient properties are obtained. Through metallographic analysis method, the microstructure characteristics of base metal, heat affected zone and weld zone are studied, and its mechanical properties are inferred, which has great significance for the improvement of welding seam reliability.
