建设智能化工地以及信息化物流不仅能帮助提高施工计划的准确性、供应链效率和劳动生产率,进行准确的成本核算,降低库存,减少运作成本,减少或消除一切不能增加价值的活动,提高投资回报率,而且有助于改进施工过程中与合作单位的协调关系,使整个供应链的优化成为可能。从施工物资的计划、采购、验收、出库几个阶段讨论了智能化物资管理的建设方法,并讨论了对施工现场的施工物资进行信息化管理的方法。

Intelligent construction site and the information of logistics can not only help to improve the construction plan accuracy, supply chain efficiency and the labor productivity in the process of engineering project construction to carry on the accurate cost accounting,reduce inventory and operating costs,decrease or eliminate all activities that can ＇t produce value,but also improve the return on investment,and help to perfect coordination and cooperation in the process of the construction unit to make the whole supply chain optimization possible. This paper discussed the construction method of the intelligent material management from the aspect of planning,purchasing,acceptance and outbound stages of the construction material management,and the method of information management of construction site materials.
