在既有建筑改造中,结构加固有重要意义,是延长建筑寿命的重要手段。某办公楼建设年代久远,既有建筑已经不满足安全使用要求,在改造施工过程中,需要降低可能产生的结构风险。以该建筑改造为例,说明砖混结构、框架结构的结构加固设计应用。

In the existing building renovation,structural reinforcement is of great significance,and is an important means to extend the life of the building. An office building was built for a long time,and both buildings have not meet the requirements of safe use. In the transformation of the construction process,it need reduce the possible structural risks. Taking the building renovation as an example,the application of the structural reinforcement design of brick structure and frame structure is described.
