Discussion on the Design and Construction Technology of a New Precast Diaphragm Wall

国内地下连续墙经历了两个发展阶段,其在施工过程中存在许多难以解决的技术质量问题。为了解决这些技术质量问题,提出了一种新型的预制地下连续墙及其设计和施工工法。与传统地下连续墙相比,该新型预制地下连续墙的设计具有很好的质量保障,在施工工法上吸收融合了其他围护结构施工的先进技术,具有传统现浇施工工法所不具备的诸多创新点和优点,在理论上能根本性地解决地下连续墙施工过程中出现的技术质量问题。

The diaphragm wall has experienced two stages of development in China,there are many technical quality problems exist in the construction process. In order to solve these problems,an innovative technology of precast diaphragm wall was proposed,and its design method and construction technology were also discussed. To compare with the traditional diaphragm wall,the design of the new precast diaphragm wall has good quality assurance, and its construction method can absorb many advanced technologies from other retaining structure,which have many innovations and advantages that traditional cast-in-situ construction technology haven＇t. In theory,the new precast diaphragm wall can fundamentally solve the technical quality problems exist in the construction process of traditional diaphragm wall.
