万家丽路快改工程旋挖桩基底沉渣质量控制优化技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 依托万家丽路快速化改造工程,对高架桥旋挖桩施工的桩基底沉渣质量控制进行了优化技术研究。通过工程试验验证采用羧甲基纤维素化学添加剂造浆的护壁泥浆,新型沉渣厚度测量器和固孔专项措施,能使桩基沉渣厚度减少50%,施工效率提高50%以上,达到了技术攻关的预期要求,保证了该工程桩基施工质量和效率,工程经济效益明显。 By relying on the rapid reconstruction project of Wanjiali road,digging pile quality control of rotary substrate sediment optimized technology research was made. Engineering test using carboxymethyl cellulose chemical additives made of pulp slurry and protecting,new sediment tester and reinforcement hole measures,which can reduce 50% of the thickness of pile foundation,improve the construction efficiency more than 50%,achieve the expected requirements of technical research,ensure the pile foundation engineering construction quality and efficiency of engineering economic benefit is obvious.
