摘要
以天津M1线盾构下穿老海河为工程背景,介绍土压平衡盾构机穿越富水软弱地层浅覆土河床施工技术。利用FLAC3D进行数值模拟,得出盾构穿越河床时对应地表变形规律,分析该环境下施工风险存在的部位及特点,最后总结出盾构穿越浅覆土河床的关键施工参数与施工技术及常见的风险应急策略。
Based on engineering practice,this paper introduced construction technology of earth pressure balance shield crossing soft and shallow overlying soil bed. FLAC3 Dwas adopted for numerical simulation and got the law of surface deformation. The location and characteristics of construction risk were analyzed and key construction parameters and construction technology and common risk emergency strategy were summarized.
