切割式再生型水平定向钻进卡管事故处理技术

摘要 某工程跨越大沙河,通信管道采用非开挖水平定向钻铺管工艺施工。在砂层中出现卡管事故,采用切割式再生型水平定向钻进卡管事故处理技术。结合工程实际情况,采用"偏心切割断管法"将各被卡管道切断,从而使管道与钻杆、回扩钻头和拖管头分离,采用"原孔再生技术"继续完成工程施工。 The communication pipelines of a project which goes across Dashahe was constructed with trenchless horizontal directional drilling technology. When the pipe was towed,stuck pipe accidents occurred in the sand bed. The cutting regenerative horizontal directional drilling pipe construction technology was used to deal with the accident. Combined with the engineering practice,the stuck pipe was cut off by the "eccentric cutting off pipe method",such that the pipe was separated with the drill stem,reverse expansion drill and towed tip. The "original hole regeneration technology"was continuely used to complete the project construction.
