未成年犯的监禁处遇与社会工作的嵌入式服务——以J未成年人犯管教所为例

The Incarceration Treatment of Juvenile Delinquents and the Embeddedness of Social Work——A case study of J Juvenile Delinquents Management and Education Institute

社会工作介入司法系统是提供司法福利的表现。然而,当下监禁处遇下的未成年犯社会工作还只能是一种嵌入式服务。通过对J未成年人犯管教所在押未成年犯进行的社会工作实践研究发现,在介入时间节点方面,嵌入式服务意味着当下能考虑允许社会工作者介入的时间节点是入监集训与出监,转监的介入尚不具有可行性;在服务内容的设计方面,嵌入式服务提示,社会工作者根据不同服刑人年龄阶段(包括成年犯)特点厘定未成年犯的需求,可能相对容易获得司法系统的支持,实现跨界合作。

Social work intervenes the judicial system is the performance that provides the judicial benefit. However, the intervention of the jailed juvenile delinquents can only be an embeddedness. This article argued that in terms of the intervention time nodes, the embeddedness means that the moments when a juvenile delinquent get into the prison and come out of it can be considered to allow social workers involved while the other time nodes are not feasible; In the design of service contents, the embeddedness prompt social workers that the different characteristics between adult prisoners and the juvenile delinquents should be designed and this may be relatively easily obtained by the judicial system.
