接受免疫治疗的变应性鼻炎儿童患者外周血中IL-25、IL-33的表达和EOS计数及意义

Expression of IL-25 and IL-33 and the count of EOS in peripheral blood of children with allergic rhinitis receiving immunotherapy

目的:探讨儿童变应性鼻炎(AR)患者外周血中IL-25与IL-33水平和EOS计数及其临床意义。方法:选取94例接受免疫治疗的儿童AR患者,23例健康人。采用酶联免疫(ELISA)检测入选者外周血IL-25和IL-33水平,检测EOS计数。结果:轻度组IL-25、IL-33水平高于对照组(P<0.05);轻度组EOS计数与对照组EOS计数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);重度组IL-25、IL-33水平高于轻度组和对照组(均P<0.05);重度组EOS计数高于轻度组和对照组(均P<0.05)。Spearman检测AR患者IL-25水平与IL-33水平呈正相关(R=0.238,P<0.05)。结论:IL-25、IL-33及EOS计数在AR患者中表达均增强,提示它们可能参与AR的发病过程。了解它们之间的作用机制,可能有助于治疗AR。

Objective：To investigate the expression of IL-25,IL-33 and EOS in children with allergic rhinitis（AR）.Method：Ninety-four AR children receiving immunotherapy and 23 healthy people were concluded in the study.The serum levels of IL-25 and IL-33 were detected by Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay（ELISA）,and a count of EOS were measured.Result：The serum levels of IL-25 and IL-33 in the mild group were higher than control group（P〈0.05）.The count of EOS showed no difference between the mild group and the control group（P〉0.05）.The serum levels of IL-25 and IL-33 in the severe group were higher than those in mild group（P〈0.05）.The serum levels of IL-25 and IL-33 in the severe group were higher than control group（P〈0.05）.The count of EOS in the severe group were higher than those in mild group（P〈0.05）.The count of EOS in the severe group were higher than those in control group（P〈0.05）.Spearman test showed the serum levels of IL-25 in the children with AR patients have positive correlation with the serum levels of IL-33（P〈0.05,R=0.238）.Conclusion：Expression of IL-25 levels,IL-33 levels and the count of EOS in patients with AR are enhanced,which shows that IL-25,IL-33 and the count of EOS are involved in the AR.If we can understand the mechanism of them,it will profound implications for treatment.
