非家族CEO企业家导向、家族涉入与企业二元式创新的关系研究

Research on the Relationship of Non-family CEO Entrepreneurial Orientation,Family Involvement and Ambidextrous Innovation

家族企业聘任非家族CEO能否促进企业创新是当下经济转型期家族企业最突出的困扰。笔者运用实证研究方法,以经济下行压力下的控制家族企业家精神为切入点,深入剖析由创新性、先动性和风险承担性构成的非家族CEO企业家导向对企业探索式创新和开发式创新的异质性作用;探讨控制家族出于对家族经济利益与社会情感财富的考虑涉入家族企业管理,对非家族CEO企业家导向与企业二元式创新的影响;解读控制家族支持或抑制高企业家导向非家族CEO推进企业创新的原因。研究采用问卷调查方法,使用SPSS和Mplus统计软件进行数据处理,分析家族涉入对非家族CEO企业家导向与企业二元式创新的调节效应。研究发现非家族CEO的企业家导向是一种决定企业探索式创新和开发式创新的独特战略资产,与此同时,控制家族并不必然抑制高企业家导向非家族CEO的创新决策。

In the economic transition period, it is the most prominent problem of family business that whether the appointment of the non-family CEO in the family business can promote the enterprise innovation. Using empirical research methods and the entrepreneurship of control family under downward pressure of economy as the cut in point, this paper analyzes the heterogeneity effect in-depth of the non-family CEO entre- preneurial orientation which is consisted of innovation, proactiveness and risk-taking works on exploratory in- novation and exploitative innovation. And this paper would like to discuss the phenomena that in consideration of family economic interests and social emotional wealth, control family is involved in family business manage- ment which has an impact on the relationship between non-family CEO entrepreneurial orientation and enter- prise ambidextrous innovation This paper also discuss the effect on non-family CEO entrepreneurial orientation and enterprise ambidextrous innovation, interpret the reason why control family either supporting or hindering high entrepreneurial oriented non-family CEO promoting entrepreneurial innovation. Adopting the method of questionnaire survey, using SPSS and Mplus statistical software for data analysis, the research analyzes the moderation effect of family involvement on non-family CEO entrepreneurial orientation and ambidextrous inno- vation. The research has found that the entrepreneurial orientation of non-family CEO is an unique strategic asset which decides the enterprise exploratory innovation and exploitative innovation, and the control family does not absolutely hinder the innovative decisions of highly entrepreneurial oriented non-family CEO.
