摘要
简述尿素水解法制氨气工艺的技术原理,分析尿素水解产品气输送过程中产品蒸汽回凝、氨基甲酸铵结晶析出的原因,并提出通过伴热管外安装导热胶泥的伴热优化方案。某热电厂尿素水解产品气输送管道改造工程应用实例表明,实施外伴热系统+导热胶泥的伴热方式有效提高了蒸汽伴热系统热交换速率和传热均匀性,保证了氨气混合气到达氨喷射系统时的温度满足工艺需求。
This paper briefly introduces the technical principle of urea hydrolysis ammonia process, analyzes the causes of steam coagulation and the crystallization of ammonium carbamate in the process ofttrea hydrolysis product gas conveying, and puts forward a heat tracing optimization scheme for installing thermal conductivity mortar outside the heat pipe.The practical application example of gas pipeline project of urea hydrolyzate product in a thermal power station shows that the heat tracing method of external heating system+heat transfer cement can effectively improve the heat exchange rate and heat transfer uniformity of steam heat system and ensure the ammonia gas reaches ammonia Injection system temperature to meet the process requirements.
