摘要 介绍了一种焦炉煤气制甲醇精脱硫装置一级加氢预转化器、一级加氢转化器结炭改造处理的工艺。我国目前基本实现甲醇产能7 800万t;其中4 300万t的产能来自煤制甲醇,1 200万t的产能为焦炉煤气制甲醇,2300万t是由天燃气及联醇装置生产。焦炉气制甲醇的原料成本很低,利润也已攀升至高位,经济效益对于装置开工负荷的提升已经产生了正向刺激作用。然而如何开好焦炉煤气制甲醇装置是各个焦炉煤气制甲醇装置的严峻考验,一直以来焦炉煤气制甲醇装置中精脱硫工序一级加氢析碳结炭是一大难题。 This paper introduces a first stage hydrogenation pre-reformer with a methanol-fueled desulfurization device for coke oven gas and a first-stage hydroconversion converter.At present, China basically achieves a production capacity of 78 million tons of methanol; of which, 43 million tons of production capacity comes from coal-to-methanol production, 12 million tons of capacity to make coke oven gas and 23 million tons from day-heating and coal-oil plant production.The raw material cost of coke oven gas methanol is very low, the profit of coke oven gas methanol has also risen to a high level, and the economic benefits have had a positive stimulating effect on the start-up load of the device.However, how to make the coke oven gas methanol plant is a severe test of all coke oven gas methanol plant has been a coke oven gas methanol plant desulfurization process a hydrogenation of carbon precipitation has become a big problem.
