现代化油库信息系统的工程设计及管理功能简析

摘要 伴随社会经济的持续进步与发展,我国各行各业发展迅猛,纷纷为跻身于成为国际社会认可的大企业而不断努力。其中,各大石油企业就是典型的代表。依照世界成品油行业发展基本要求以及我国对于石油储备的相关政策要求,通过现代化的方式和手段,提升油库管理水平,是满足各大石油企业发展的客观需要。一个完备的油库管理系统应具备自动化监测和管理的双向功能。主要现代化油库信息化系统的基本构成部分,以及相关的工程设计与管理功能,以期能为未来石油产业的管理与发展,提供参考性建议。 With the continuous progress and development of social economy, all walks of life in China are developing rapidly,and have: been working hard to become a big business recognized by the international community.Among them, the major oil enterprises are typical representatives.According to the basic requirements of the development of the world' s oil products industry and China' s policy requirements for oil reserves, upgrading the management level of oil depots by means of modernization is the objective: need to meet the development of major oil companies.A complete oil depot management system should have the two-way function of automatic monitoring and management.This paper will mainly explain the basic components of the modern oil depot information system and related engineering desire and management functions, in order to provide reference for future oil industry management and development.
