三次采油举升配套工艺技术措施

摘要 随着新疆油田聚合物驱油生产规模的不断扩大,油田采收率得到了大幅提高。但从常规水驱转为聚驱后,整个系统中流体的组分和流动特性发生了很大的变化,不但包括油、气、水,还包括了聚合物这种典型的高黏度非牛顿流体,使得系统中流体的流动规律与水驱相比差别很大。在生产过程中出现原油流动速度慢、含水率降低、油水乳化加剧等现象,导致与三次采油生产有关的各种摩擦力大幅增加,使抽油杆与油管之间发生偏磨,检泵周期大幅缩短。因此,有必要研究三次采油举升配套工艺技术措施,不断提高油田开发的效益。 With the continuous expansion of polymer flooding production scale in Xinjiang Oilfield, the oil recovery rate has been greatly increased.However, from conventional water flooding to poly flooding, the fluid composition and flow characteristics of the whole system have undergone great changes, including not only oil, gas and water, but also polymers such as typical high viscosity non-Newtonian fluids, Making the flow of fluid in the system is very different from the water flooding.During the production process, the slow flow of crude oil, the decrease of water content and the aggravation of oil-water emulsification led to a substantial increase of various frictional forces related to the tertiary oil production, which resulted in eccentric wear between the sucker rod and the oil pipe, Dramatically shortened.Therefore, it is necessary to study the technical measures for the third oil recovery and lifting process and improve the efficiency of oilfield development.
