摘要
合成了乙二胺键合硅胶并对其进行了红外表征;利用单因素实验对SiO_2-NH_2吸附溶液中铅、砷的条件进行了实验优化。结果显示:在p H=4的溶液体系中,加入SiO_2-NH_2,振摇吸附30min,SiO_2-NH_2对铅、砷的吸附效果最佳;吸附的铅、砷用HCl从SiO_2-NH_2上洗脱下来。将原子吸收光谱法用于测定牛肉面蓬灰中痕量的铅、砷,结果表明:SiO_2-NH_2能有效地同时吸附溶液痕量的铅、砷,回收率为砷95.0%~103.0%、铅90.6%~96.2%。本方法简单、灵敏、准确、可靠,可用于牛肉面蓬灰水中痕量铅、砷的测定。
Ethylenediamine bonded silica gel was synthesized and characterized by IR.The conditions of lead and arsenic in SiO2- NH2 adsorption solution were experimentally optimized by single factor test.The results showed that SiO2-NH2 was added into the solution system at pH=4, and the adsorption of SiO2-NH2 on lead and arsenic was the best by shaking adsorption for 30min.The adsorbed lead and arsenic were eluted from SiO2-NH2 by HC1.The method was applied to the determination of trace amounts of lead and arsenic in Beef Pontine by atomic absorption spectrometry.The results showed that trace amounts of lead and arsenic were adsorbed simultaneously by SiO2-NH2, and the recovery rate was 95.0% 103.0%, lead 90.6%-96.2%.The method is simple, sensitive, accurate and reliable, and can be used for the determination of trace amounts of lead and arsenic in beef face water.
