摘要 由于花17站、高89站是集输大队的耗电大户,每天耗电量约为5.10 000k W.h,占输油队总成本的92%以上,节能降耗具有非常重要的意义。从干燥塔出来的热气温度高达150-220℃,由于工艺流程不成熟,不能加以利用,经空冷机散热到空气中,白白浪费掉这部分热能,同时空冷机运转消耗了部分电能,通过新上换热器来达到节约电能的目的。 Since 17 stations and 89 stations are large power contributors to the gathering and transportation team, the daily power consumption is about 5.10 million kW.h, accounting for more than 92% of the total cost of the oil team. Energy conservation and consumption reduction are of great significance. The temperature of the hot gas coming out of the drying tower is as high as 150-220℃. Due to the immature process, it cannot be used. After being cooled by the air cooler to the air, this portion of heat energy is wasted. At the same time, the air-cooled cooling machine consumes part of the electric energy and passes the new energy. Heat exchangers to achieve the purpose of saving energy.
