摘要
硝酸铵生产过程中会产生冷凝液,而由于冷凝液中含有较多的氨氮不能直接进行排放,需要采取相应的技术进行工艺处理。众多废水回收工艺中,电渗析技术具有明显优势,可实现硝酸铵生产中工艺冷凝液的资源化和无害化处理,装置投资少,操作费用较低,能取得令人满意的经济效益,实现消除污染、节能减排、清洁生产的目标,是一项把废水处理、环境保护与资源回收、循环经济有效结合起来的技术,具有良好的推广应用前景。结合工程实例,就电渗析技术回收硝酸铵冷凝液废水的基本原理、工艺流程、技术特点进行了阐述。
Ammonium nitrate will produce condensate in the process of ammonium nitrate production.However, because ammonia nitrogen in condensate can not directly discharge, it is necessary to take corresponding technology to process it.In many waste water recovery processes, electrodialysis technology has obvious advantages.In this paper, the basic principle, technological process and technical characteristics of the recovery of ammonium nitrate condensate wastewater by electrodialysis technology are expounded in this paper.
