二元双水相体系萃取磷酸泰乐菌素工艺的研究

摘要 建立了一种新型的小分子醇二元双水相体系,并将其应用于磷酸泰乐菌素的提取。通过考察磷酸泰乐菌素分配行为的变化,确定体系组成物质的种类和比例、分相盐的种类和浓度、pH值、温度等。相比单溶剂萃取,双水相萃取成相好,速度快,不存在乳化现象,大量杂质可被除去,样品纯度可达到98%以上,而且小分子醇价格低廉,降低了成本;后续可通过蒸馏法进行回收,循环利用,降低了能耗。 In this paper, a novel small molecular alcohol two-phase system was established and applied to the extraction of tylosin phosphate.By investigating the changes of the distribution behavior of tylosin phosphate, the types and proportions of the constituent substances, the type and concentration of the salts, the pH and the temperature were determined.Compared with single solvent extraction, the two-phase extraction had advantages as follows: being easily into phase, having no emulsification, removing a large number of impurities.Futher more, the end product can be purified to 98%.The small molecular alcohol can reduce the cost owing to its low price and subsequently can be recycled for reusing by distillation to reduce energy consumption.
