摘要
采用超临界流体提取细叶亚菊总黄酮,通过效应面法优化来确定提取的最佳条件,得出细叶亚菊总黄酮提取的较优参数:萃取压力35MPa,萃取温度50℃,萃取时间3h。结论 :效应面法优化后得到的较佳提取参数具有参考价值,为进一步对细叶亚菊进行开发提供了理论依据。
the supercritical fluid extraction of total flavonoids from Ajania tenuifolia, through the response surface method to determine the optimal extraction conditions, the optimum parameters of total flavonoids of Ajania tenuifolia extraction: extraction pressure 35MPa ; extraction temperature 50 ; extraction time 3h.Conclusion : the response surface method after the optimum extraction parameters with reference value, provides a theoretical basis for the further development of Ajania tenuifolia.
