Research on Organic Waste Gas Treatment Technology in Chemical Industry

化工行业有机废气对环境的污染非常严重,环保视域下,要予以废气处理技术足够的重视。我国该技术的研究已经取得了一定的成果,但是仍然有很大的提升空间。首先分析了有机废气处理技术中存在的主要问题,然后细致讨论了当下已经投入使用的八种有机废气处理技术,即吸收法、吸附法、热破坏法、生物处理法、膜隔离技术、放电等离子体技术、光催化氧化法、综合处理技术。

The pollution caused by organic waste gas in the chemical industry is very serious.Under the environmental protection field, sufficient attention should be paid to waste gas treatment technology.The research on this technology in our country has made some achievements, but there is still a lot of room for improvement.This paper first analyzes the main problems existing in the organic waste gas treatment technology, and then discusses in detail eight kinds of organic waste gas treatment technologies that have been put into use nowadays, namely absorption method, adsorption method, thermal destruction method, biological treatment method, membrane isolation technique, Discharge plasma technology, photocatalytic oxidation, integrated processing technology.
