旋转尾管固井工艺在BT9井的应用及认识

摘要 2009年至今,随着中石化在巴麦地区勘探步伐的加快,油气储集情况日渐明朗。由于受深部井眼套管环空小间隙、高地温因素的限制,深部尾管固井质量不能很好地满足后续采油、采气的需要。因此,固井质量的优劣就显得尤为重要。旋转尾管固井新工艺就能很好地解决深部尾管固井质量欠佳的问题。BT9井旋转尾管固井的成功实施,给固井质量要求苛刻的井提供了很好的借鉴。 Since 2009, with the acceleration of the exploration of Sinopec in the Bama region, the situation ot-oll and gas storage has become increasingly clear. Due to the limitation of the deep borehole casing annulus and high ground temperature, the cementing quality of the deep tail pipe can not meet the needs of subsequent oil production and gas recovery. Therefore, the quality of cementing is particularly important. The new process of cementing the tail pipe can solve the poor cementing quality of the deep tail pipe well. The successful implementation of rotary tail pipe cementing in BT9 wells provides a good reference for cementing wells with demanding quality.
