中国志愿精神是"奉献、友爱、互助、进步",与社会主义核心价值观高度契合,是培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的有效载体。中国志愿精神的培育受着特定环境的影响,经济、政治、文化等环境都是影响志愿精神培育和志愿服务发展的重要因素,经济环境是根本,政治环境是保障,文化环境是动力。当前,优化中国公民志愿精神培育的社会环境,就是要立足中国国情,充分利用各项积极因素,化消极因素为积极因素,将志愿精神培育融入新时代中国特色社会主义建设的进程之中,与经济发展、政治建设及文化建设相互协调和相互促进。

The cultivation of volunteerism in China is affected by the specific environment. Economic, political and cultural environment are key factors affecting the cultivation of volunteerism and the development of volunteer services. Among these factors, economic environment is fundamental, political environment is the guarantee, and cultural context is the driving force. Based on the actual situation of China, we need to optimize the social environment, make full use of the positive factors and transform negative factors into positive factors. We also should integrate the cultivation of volunteerism into the process of building socialism with Chinese characteristics in the New Era, harmonize and promote volunteerism with economic development, socialist democratic political construction and cultural construction.
