传统工业住区公共空间适应性改造策略研究——以中车株洲电力机车有限公司职工住区为例

A Study of the Adaptive Transformation Strategies of Public Space in Traditional Industrial Residential District: The Case of CRRC Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Co.,Ltd.

以株洲市传统工业住区公共空间为研究对象,在对株洲市典型工业住区公共空间调研的基础上,结合职工住区改造的理论思想提出株洲市传统工业住区外部活动空间、公共服务设施和景观绿化系统的适应性改造策略,并在中车株洲电力机车有限公司职工住区的改造实践中探求株洲市传统工业住区公共空间整体机能复苏活化的具体途径。

This paper makes a study on the public space in traditional industrial residential district in Zhuzhou. Based on the investigation of typical spaces, and the reconstruction theories of workers＇ residential district, it puts forward adaptive strategies to optimize the outdoor space,public service facilities and greening. The strategies could be applied in the residential district reconstruction of CRRC Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive CO., Ltd.
