摘要
采用不锈钢钢筋代替普通的碳钢钢筋,可充分发挥不锈钢耐腐蚀的特性,延长建筑物寿命,降低后期维修投入。本文对国内外不锈钢钢筋相关标准中牌号、规格、力学性能、弯曲性能、冲击性能、疲劳性能和晶间腐蚀性能等指标进行对比。不锈钢钢筋的产品标准是我国不锈钢钢筋应用的基础。从标准化的角度,规定了产品质量的技术指标,为我国国产不锈钢钢筋的应用提供支持。
The use of stainless steel bars instead of ordinary carbon steel bars can fully give play to the characteristics of corrosion resistance of the stainless steel, prolong the life of buildings and reduce the later maintenance investment. The relevant standards of stainless steel bars in China and abroad were compared, such as mark, specifications, mechanical properties, bending properties, impact properties, fatigue properties, intergranular corrosion performance and other indicators. The product standard of stainless steel bars is the basis of the application of the stainless steel bars in China. From the perspective of standardization, the technical index of the product quality is stipulated, which could provide support for the application of stainless steel bars in China.
