摘要 以工程机械用NM500耐磨钢为研究对象,对其进行不同冲砂角度和冲击压力的冲蚀磨损试验,研究了NM500耐磨钢的冲蚀磨损方式和机制。结果表明:在不同冲砂角度和冲击压力的冲蚀磨损过程中,NM500钢整体冲蚀磨损性能表现为低冲击压力下磨损性能优于高冲击压力,大冲砂角度下磨损性能优于小冲角。NM500钢大冲角条件下冲蚀磨损方式主要是冲击坑,磨损机制主要是挤压塑性变形。小冲砂角度条件下NM500钢磨损方式主要是犁削和塑性变形,磨损机制主要是切削磨损和变形磨损。 Taking NM500 wear-resistant steel for engineering machinery as research object, the abrasion wear tests under different sand blasting angle and impact pressure were carried out. The abrasion wear pattern and mechanism of NM500 wear-resistant steel were studied. The results show that during the erosion wear under different impact angles and impact pressures. The overall erosion wear performance of NM500 steel under low impact pressure is better than that under high impact pressure and the wear performance under big impact angle is better than that under small impact angle. The impact wear mode of NM500 steel under big impact angle is impact crater and the wear mechanism is mainly extruded plastic deformation. The wear modes of NM500 steel under small impact angle are plough and plastic deformation, and the wear mechanisms are mainly cutting wear and deformation wear.
