摘要
基于广西、贵州的5条杆塔挂片线路(共25个挂片点),对Q235钢进行为期1年的户外(南宁、北海、柳州、贵阳、遵义)暴露挂片,研究了大气腐蚀规律,并进行了腐蚀等级评估。结果表明,南宁地区大气腐蚀等级为C2(较轻);其他四个地方的腐蚀等级均为C3(中度污染)。在腐蚀规律方面,除北海(海岸线2km外)大气接近一般的大气腐蚀环境外,其余4个地区均呈现明显的指数函数递减规律,且大气腐蚀的影响范围与主污源点的污染程度和类型有密切关系。各特征区挂片试样的腐蚀产物均为片状(花状)γ-FeOOH和棉絮状(球状)α-FeOOH两种,产物类型受环境因素影响较小,而产物形貌和疏密度受环境因素的影响较大。
The atmospheric corrosion behavior of Q235 steel exposed to different atmospheric environments (Beihai, Nanning, Liuzhou, Guiyang and Zunyi cities) for a year in 5 representative transmission lines (totally 25 exposure sites) based on Guangxi and Guizhou were investigated, and the corrosion levels were evaluated. The results show that the degree of atmospheric corrosion in Nanning city is C2 (sligho, while that in the other four areas is C3 (relatively high). In the terms of the corrosion behavior, Beihai marine environment (2 km away from the coastline) is closed to the common atmospheric corrosion environment, while the other tour cities obey the exponent diminishing law, and the inlluence range of atmospheric corrosion mainly depends on the pollution degree and types of main pollution sources. The two types of corrosion products is flaky (flowery) γ-FcOOH and α-FeOOH with flocky (cotton balls) structures. The environmental factors scarcely affect the types of the corrosion products, but greatly influence the appearances and density of the product.
