摘要
采用溶胶凝胶法,在GH3039合金表面制备了连续、致密的YSZ-Al2O3(YSZ为8wt%Y2O3部分稳定的ZrO2)复合涂层。以GH3039基体和Al2O3涂层作为对比,通过1000℃、100h的等温氧化实验和循环氧化实验研究了YSZ-Al2O3复合涂层对GH3039合金基体高温氧化行为的影响。利用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、能谱仪(EDS)分析涂层氧化产物的表面形貌、组织结构及相组成。结果表明,YSZ-Al2O3复合涂层具有良好的高温抗氧化性能和抗剥落性能,1000℃等温氧化仅增重0.5mg·cm^-2,1000℃循环氧化没有出现明显的剥落;YSZ-Al2O3复合涂层氧化产物表面仅出现少量Cr2O3;过渡涂层YSZ有效缓解了Al2O3涂层和GH3039基体因热膨胀系数不匹配产生的剥落。进一步通过抑制NiCr2O4的形成,提高了YSZ-Al2O3复合涂层的抗剥落性能。
The continuous and compact YSZ (8wt%Y2O3 partially stabilized ZrO2)-Al2O3 coatings were prepared on GH3039 alloy surface by sol-gel method. Compared with that of GH3039 substrate and Al2O3 coating, the effects of YSZ-Al2O3 composite coatings on the high-temperature oxidation behavior of GH3039 alloy matrix were examined by isothermal oxidation and cyclic oxidation experiment (1000 ℃, 100 h). The surface morphologies, microstructure and phases of product of the coating after oxidation were analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and energy dispersive Spectrometer (EDS). The results show that YSZ-AlzO3 composite coatings remarkably have better oxidation resistance and spallation resistance with mass gain of only 0.5 mg·cm^-2 at 1000 ℃ isothermal oxidation and no spallation appears sbviously at 1000 ℃ cyclic oxidation. The surface of oxidation products of YSZ-Al2O3 composite coatings only contains less amounts of Cr203. The transition layer YSZ effectively relieves the spallation caused by the mismatch of the coefficient of thermal expansion between Al2O3 coating and GH3039, and the spallation resistance of YSZ-Al2O3 composite coating improves by inhibiting the formation of NiCr204 furtherly.
