摘要
针对TC17整体叶盘白斑缺陷,通过金相观察、显微硬度测试、能谱分析及试验验证分析,确定了缺陷性质及产生原因。结果表明:TC17腐蚀后存在的亮斑是由于试样在磨制时,发生粘附和堵塞,导致磨轮与试样接触局部表面温度升高;冷却液滴到试样上快速冷却表面从而引起轻度表面烧伤。
Aiming at the bright spot defects of TCI7 blisk, the defects character and cause were confirmed by mctaI lographic obseration, microhardness test, energy spectrum analysis and experiment verification analysis. The results show that the bright spot of TC17 after corrosion is due to the adhesion and clogging during grinding, which can lead to temperature increase in the local surface between the grinding wheel and samples. The cooling liquid driping to the specimen and the surface cooling rapidly can cause mild superficial bum.
