先天性肾性尿崩症一例
摘要
患者，男，16岁，因“多饮多尿16年，加重1年”于2017年8月30日入院。患者自出生起出现多饮、多尿（具体量不详），口渴时伴明显头痛，饮水后头痛明显好转，伴有多食、易饥，无心悸、气促，无视野缺损，未诊治。近1年患者多饮、多尿症状加重，每日饮水量由4—5L增加至7～8L，有时可达10L，每日排尿次数10—20次，夜尿次数显著增多，约5～6次（具体尿量不详），伴食量增加，性格较暴躁，以“多饮、多尿原因待查”收入院。
