我国港台地区大学图书馆资源服务实践分析与思考

Analysis and Reflection on the Practice of University Library Resources Service in Hong Kong and Taiwan Region

[目的／意义]基于港台地区大学图书馆服务创新与实践，确定大学图书馆的服务重心和核心价值。[方法／过程]从“需求为驱动的资源组织”“资源的全面揭示和整合”“重视资源的共建共享”“先进的空间服务理念”“便捷的自主服务”5个方面介绍我国港台地区大学图书馆围绕其所能提供的资源开展服务创新与实践活动，引发对大学图书馆服务重心和核心价值的思考。[结果／结论]提出内地大学图书馆要转变思路，将图书馆服务重心放在图书馆所能提供的资源方面，将服务创新工作落在实处，紧紧围绕资源的系统化、资源的特色化、资源的数字化、资源的整合化、资源的关联化，做好资源服务工作。

[ Purpose/significance ] Based on the service innovation and practice of the university libraries in Hong Kong and Taiwan, the center of service and core value of the university library are determined. [ Method/process ] From the demand driven resource organization, resource integration and reveal, attention resource sharing, advanced service concept, and convenient self-service five aspects, it introduces the service innovation and practice of Hong Kong and Taiwan university libraries closely around the resources they can provide, triggering the thinking of university library service center and the core value. [ Result/conclusion ] The mainland university library should change ideas, still focus on resources library provides, put the service innovation into practice, and focus on the resource system, resource characteristics, resource digitization, integration of resources and resources association, to make resource service better.
