摘要
房价是关系到国计民生和社会和谐发展的一个重要因素,在分析合理房价的经济影响因素、政策影响因素和社会影响因素的基础之上,构建了衡量合理房价水平的综合评价指标体系,并以广州为例进行实证研究,分析2000年-2015年广州市各项数据,得出广州市的合理房价取值区别为[3516,8998].
Housing price is an important factor about the people's livelihood and social harmony and stability. Based on the analysis of the economic factors, policy factors and social factors of the rationality of housing price, a set of comprehensive rationality level of housing price evaluating index system is established in the paper, and it is made applied researches on GuaJagzhou as an example. Analysis the data of Guangzhou from 2000 to 2013, the range of rationality of housing price is from 3516 to 8999 can be concluded.
