摘要
在分析台州市椒江区水生态承载力内涵的基础上,从水生态系统和社会经济系统两个角度出发,利用基于隶属度的模糊评价方法,选取15个评价指标对区域水生态承载力进行量化,计算发现椒江区2013年水生态承载力量化值为0.33,处于不可承载状态。在分析现状问题的基础上,提出椒江区水生态系统修复方案,以此作为区域水生态系统恢复健康稳定的保障。最后根据椒江区现状社会经济和生态资源的情况及潜力,随着一系列水生态保护与恢复工程的开展,椒江区中远期水生态承载力指标值,对水生态承载力的恢复潜力进行评估。结果表明,椒江区2020、2030年的水生态承载力值分别为0.64、0.81,由不可承载过渡到可承载状态。
Taking Jiaojiang District of Taizhou City as an example for the study,this article applied fuzzy evaluation method based membership degree to quantify the regional water ecological carrying capacity by selecting 15 evaluation indicators on basis of the connotation of ecological carrying capacity from perspective of water ecosystem and socio-economic system.The calculation shows that the value of water ecological carrying capacity is 0.33 in 2013,which means that the water ecosystem is in an unloadable status.On the basis of the present situation,the restoration of water ecosystem in Jiaojiang District was put forward as a guarantee for the healthy and stable regional water ecosystem.Finally,according to the current situation and potential of the social economy and ecological resources of Jiaojiang District,this article evaluated the recovery potential of water ecological carrying capacity with an analysis of mid-to-long term degree,index value of water ecological carrying capacity in Jiaojiang District with implementation of series of ecological protection and restoration projects in different years.The result shows that the water ecological carrying capacity of Jiaojiang is 0.64 in 2020 and 0.81 in2030 respectively,which means that the water ecosystem will be transformed from unloadable to loadable status.
