摘要
合成了2,3-二异丙基琥珀酸二乙酯的内/外消旋体,并采用不同比例的外消旋(rac),内消旋(meso)异构体作为内给电子体进行复配应用于Ziegler-Natta丙烯聚合催化剂,详细的研究了rac/meso-2,3-二异丙基琥珀酸二乙酯(rac/meso-2,3-DISE)作为内给电子体赋予催化剂的不同性质。结果表明,和meso-2,3-DISE相比,rac-2,3-DISE能赋予催化剂更高的聚合活性(58.1kg/(g·h)),得到的聚丙烯相对分子质量分布更宽(11.8),等规度也更高(96.93%)。说明在2,3-DISE中,rac-2,3-DISE是其作为内给电子体的有效成分。
The different optical isomers of diethyl 2,3-diisopropylsuccinate(2,3-DISE)were prepared and used as internal donors in the Ziegler-Natta propylene polymerization catalyst.It has been proved that rac/meso-2,3-DISE as the internal donor can endow the polypropylene catalyst with different properties.The results showed that compared to the meso-2,3-DISE,the rac-2,3-DISE could endow the propylene polymerization catalyst with higher activity(58.1 kg/(g·h))and the polypropylene prepared has a broader molecular weight distribution(11.8)and higher tacticity(96.93%).The results indicate that the effective structure of 2,3-DISE as internal donor is rac-2,3-DISE.
