溶液燃烧法制备B改性的γ-Al_2O_3及其机理探讨 被引量:2

PREPARATION OF BORON MODIFIED γ-ALUMINIUM OXIDE BY SOLUTION COMBUSTION AND ITS MECHANISM

摘要 采用溶液燃烧法,以硝酸铝为氧化剂,甘露醇为还原剂,添加硼酸为改性剂,制备了硼掺杂的活性氧化铝,开发了硼改性的氧化铝新工艺。通过XRD、XPS、SEM、BET等手段系统研究了该样品的性能及结构。结果显示,制备B/γ-Al_2O_3的最佳工艺条件为:硼酸、甘露醇与硝酸铝的摩尔比为0.02:1:1,pH=4,焙烧温度为950℃、焙烧时间为4h,改性γ-Al_2O_3的相变温度在950~1 000℃之间。采用溶液燃烧合成法所制得的B-Al_2O_3粉体,具有热稳定性高、粒径较小且粒径分布较为均匀等优点。 The boron doped activated alumina was prepared by solution combustion method,with aluminum nitrate as oxidant,mannitol as reducing agent and boric acid as modifier.A new process of boron modified alumina was developed.The properties and structure of the sample were studied systematically by means of XRD,XPS,SEM and BET.The results showed that the optimum conditions for the preparation of B/γ-Al2O3 molar ratio of boric acid,mannitol and aluminum nitrate is 0.02:1:1,pH=4,calcination temperature of 950℃,the roasting time is 4 h,the modified γ-Al2O3 phase transition temperature at 950-1 000 ℃.The B/γ-Al2O3 powder prepared by the solution combustion synthesis method has the advantages of high thermal stability,small particle size and uniform particle size distribution.
