摘要
以衣康酸、丙二酸、5-甲基-2-巯基噻二唑为原料经过加成、取代和酰胺化反应,合成了两种新型、高效的环保型水基缓蚀剂,采用红外光谱仪、核磁共振光谱确定其结构,并测试了其防腐蚀性能。结果表明:两种缓蚀剂在腐蚀性介质中对输油管道有很好的防锈抗腐蚀能力,缓蚀剂较佳使用浓度为40μg/g;N,N-二羟乙基-N,N-二羟乙基-(5′-甲基[1,3,4]噻二唑-2′-硫-)-2-甲基丁二酰胺的耐腐蚀性能优于N,N-二羟乙基-(5′-甲基-[1,3,4]噻二唑-2′-硫-)-2-丁酰胺。
The two intermediates were synthesized by addition and substitution of itaconic acid,malonic acid and 5-methyl-2-mercaptothiadiazole,and then the intermediate were subjected to amidation reaction with diethanolamine to obtain two new and efficient environment-friendly water-based corrosion inhibitors.The electrochemical corrosion resistance was tested by electrochemical workstation.The result showed the corrosion inhibitor of the synthesized corrosion inhibitor had good anti-corrosion and anti-corrosion ability to the stainless steel in the corrosive medium.When using a concentration of 40 mg/kg,stainless steel has formed an effective corrosion film.
