摘要
蓖麻油与马来酸酐反应合成马来酸蓖麻油酯,再经有机硅单体(D_4)接枝得到有机硅改性蓖麻油皮革加脂剂,通过红外光谱对产物进行了结构表征。实验结果表明,有机硅改性蓖麻油皮革加脂剂具有良好的溶解性,较高的机械稳定性、热稳定性和冻融稳定性,固含量达80%以上,可以满足皮革加脂剂的要求。
The fatliquor was synthesized from castor oil by series of reaction,such as synthesized reaction from castor oil and maleic anhydride,grafted silicon polymer.The structure and composition of the synthesized products was characterized by IR.The resulting product had a good solubility,excellent mechanical stability,thermal stability and stability of frozen and melt.Solid content is more than 80%,which can meet the requirements of leather fatliquoring agent.
