苦参水提液与苯扎溴铵协同杀菌效果

Synergic germicidal efficacy of Sophora flavescens aqueous extract combined with bromogeramine

目的研究苦参水提液与苯扎溴铵协同杀菌作用。方法采样悬液定量杀菌试验方法,对一种苦参水提液复配制剂的杀菌效果进行观察。结果单用苦参水提液原液和单用1 000 mg/L苯扎溴铵消毒液杀菌效果均低于苦参水提液与苯扎溴铵复配制剂杀菌效果。苦参水提液与苯扎溴铵协同作用的T/E值在3.04~5 844.42之间,显示出明显的增效作用。结论苦参水提液本身杀菌力较弱,其与苯扎溴铵有协同杀菌作用。

Objective To know the synergic germicidal efficacy of Sophora Flavescens aqueous extract combined with bromogeramine. Method Suspension quantitative germicidal test was used to investigate the germicidal efficacy of a combined preparation of Sophora Flavescens aqueous extract. Results The germicidal effect of single use of Sophora Flavescens aqueous extract and single bromogeramine（ 1 000 mg/L） was lower than that of the combined preparation. The T/E values in combination with Sophora Flavescens aqueous extract and bromogeramine were between 3. 04 and 5 844. 42,which showed obvious synergistic germicidal effect. Conclusion The germicidal efficacy of Sophora Flavescens aqueous extract is weak,but it has synergistic germicidal effect with bromogeramine.
