双层微穿孔板双向吸声系数分析与优化 被引量:3

摘要 相比单层微穿孔板,双层微穿孔板具有吸声频带更宽,吸声效果更好等优点。本文利用传递矩阵法求解双层穿孔板结构的正反向吸声系数,并用有限元仿真验证理论模型的可行性。分析讨论了结构前后板参数变化对结构整体的双向吸声系数影响,应用遗传算法计算得到了结构板双向吸声系数最优解,为微穿孔板吸声结构的应用及发展提供参考。 Compared with the single-layer micro-perforated plate,the double-layer micro-perforated plate has the advantages of wider acoustic absorption band and better sound absorption effect. In this paper,the method of transfer matrix was used to solve bidirectional acoustic absorption coefficient of double-deck perforated plate,and the feasibility of the theoretical model is verified by finite element simulation. On the basis of theory modal,numerical analysis method was applied to discusses the effect of positive and negative acoustic absorption coefficient caused by double-layer panel of parameter variation,and obtained the optimal value of two-way absorption coefficient by genetic algorithm,this paper can supply reference for application and development of micro-perforated panel.
