摘要
研究聚焦于农业产业集群"价值共创"的构成要素、动态过程以及"服务生态系统"的形成缘由,从农业产业集群利益相关者多元化对象与错综复杂关系的研究中探讨价值共创的机理。选择著名的美国新奇士柑橘集群为案例研究对象,分析其价值共创实践与创新活动。研究发现农业产业集群价值共创的三要素包括角色、平台和动作;价值共创的过程包括识别利益相关者、平台搭建、资源整合、参与者互动、制度及规范建设、服务生态系统打造;农业产业集群服务生态系统建设管理既是价值共创的前提,又是价值共创的结果。
This paper focuses on the building blocks and dynamic processes of "value co-creation" of agricultural clusters and cause for the formation of "service ecosystem",probes into and analyzes the value co-creation mechanism of agricultural clusters based on the research of the multi-stakeholders and the complex relationships between them.Taking the famous agricultural cluster of Sunkist in the USA as an example, the farming practices and innovative activities were explored in more detail focusing on value co-creation issues.The study found that the key elements of the "value co-creation" of agricultural clusters include role, platform and actions, and this process involves identifying stakeholders, constructing platform, integrating resource,interacting of the participants,institutional improvement and standard construction,building the service ecosystem. The building of service ecosystem,for the value co-creation of agricultural clusters, is both the essential prerequisite and the result.
