摘要
为了让木质材料具有电热功能,开发节能环保的电热地板,选取木质材料作为基材,以预处理碳毡作为发热材料,经组坯和热压成型制备出木质/碳毡电热复合材料,并对其电热特性进行测试和分析。结果表明:通过最优化工艺条件测试,碳毡厚度为3 mm时电热材料的电热性能最好。在此工艺条件下所制备的木质/碳毡电热复合材料具有优异的电热性能,在交流低电下即可迅速升温,加热1 5 min左右材料表面温度可以达到3 5℃以上,在不同功率下加热1 h后,板面温度升高3 0℃以上。
In order to make the wood material with electric function,the development of energy-saving and environmental protection of the electric floor,select the wood material as the substrate to pretreatment of carbon felt as a heating material,the billet and hot pressing to produce wood / carbon felt electric composite materials,and Its electro thermal characteristics are tested and analyzed. The results show that the optimum process is as follows: the thickness of carbon felt is 3 mm by testing the electric properties of the electro thermal material prepared by different carbon felt thickness. The wood / carbon felt electro thermal composites prepared under the process conditions have excellent electric heating performance,and can be heated rapidly under the low AC and low temperature. The surface temperature of the material can reach above 3 5 ℃ for about 1 5 min and heated for1 hour at different power ,The board temperature increased above 3 0 ℃ .
