基于Android平台的手机视频监控的研究 被引量:3

摘要 如今,随着信息技术的发展,网络视频监控已经被广泛应用,在Android平台上实现视频监控更有利于提高监控的覆盖范围。本文设计并实现了一套基于Andriod的移动视频监控系统,系统包括摄像头采集视频信息,服务器端对原始数据进行H.264视频压缩编码,RTP打包,实时传输控制协议RTCP,实现无线传输,终端基于Android的客户端实现视频流的实时播放、回播、画面保存,通过HTTP实现摄像头云台的控制,终端基于Android智能手机平台的搭建,最终完成了在客户端实时的通过无线网络和服务器对远程的监控和控制。 With the development of information technology,video surveillance has been widely used,in the Android platform to achieve video surveillance is more conducive to improve the coverage of monitoring. In this paper,the design and implementation of a mobile video monitoring system based on Andriod system,including video information,the server of the original data,H. 264 video compression encoding,RTP package,real-time transmission control protocol RTCP,wireless transmission terminal,the client of Android real time video playback,playback,picture based on preservation through the HTTP to achieve control of PTZ camera,the terminal structures based on Android intelligent mobile phone platform,finally completed in real time through the wireless network client and server on the remote monitoring and control.
