摘要 总结了九寨沟7.0级、精河6.6级地震应急不同时期的指挥部视频会议应用特点,分析了出现的画面声音卡顿、控制失步等问题。结合测试实验结果,探讨了影响视频会议质量的原因。为进一步加强震后应急视频会议保障服务能力,提出了建立视频会议服务质量标准、规范视频会议系统建设标准和丰富震后通讯手段等建议。 The video conference system established as a tenth "Five-year Plan"project is now playing more and more important role in earthquake emergency. This essay introduced the properties and application of video conference system in earthquake emergency system of China,analyzed the problems of the image sound blocking and control asynchrony in the M_S7.0 earthquake in Jiuzhaigou,Sichuan and the M_S6.6 earthquake in Jinghe,Xinjiang. According to results of the testing,we discussed the reasons affecting the quality of video conference. In order to further strengthen the ability of earthquake emergency video conference service,we propose the establishment of a video conferencing system construction standards and service quality standards to enrich the means of the communication after the earthquake.
