壳聚糖对菜用大豆叶绿素代谢的影响 被引量:4

摘要 采用蛭石栽培,以菜用大豆[Glycine max(L.)Merr.]"理想高产95-1"(LX)和"绿领特早"(LL)为试材,研究外源壳聚糖对其幼苗叶绿素(Chl)代谢的影响,以期为探明壳聚糖调控菜用大豆光合作用的生理机制奠定基础.结果显示,壳聚糖显著提高了处理8 d时2品种菜用大豆的Chl含量,但对不同品种的作用不同,且具有时效性.品种LX受到了较强的促进作用.壳聚糖处理后能使品种LX的δ-氨基酮戊酸(ALA)合成及转化保持相对协调平衡,进而使Chl代谢更为快速有效地进行,这可能是其维持较高Chl含量的主要原因之一.叶绿素酶在菜用大豆Chl降解过程中并未发挥主要作用. The effects of exogenous chitosan on chlorophyll(Chl)metabolism in seedling leaves of vegetable soybean[Glycine max(L.)Merr.]'lixianggaochan 95-1'(LX)and 'lvlingtezao'(LL)were studied by adopting vermiculite culture in order to investigate the mechanism of chitosan on regulating photosynthesis. The Chl contents of the two varieties were significantly increased at the eighth day of chitosan treatment,but different effects on different varieties and the role of timelines were displayed. Variety LX was more strongly promoted than that of LL. Chitosan treatment resulting in theδ-amino-levulinic acid(ALA)of LX maintaining a relatively balanced synthesis and transformation,which may be the main reason for LX maintaining a high content of Chl. Chlorophyllase(Chlase)did not play a major role in the degradation of Chl in vegetable soybean.
