摘要
目的:研究芯芭乙酸乙酯提取物中化学成分.方法:采用HPLC法对芯芭乙酸乙酯提取物进行分离,运用NMR法鉴定化合物结构式.结果:从芯芭乙酸乙酯提取物中分离得到2个环烯醚萜苷,分别为梓醇1和益母草苷2.结论:化合物1和2为首次从该植物中分离.
Objective: To determine the chemical constituents of the Et OAc extract from Cymbaria dahurica. Methods: The chemical constituents of the Et OAc extract from C. dahurica were isolated and purified by HPLC and identified by NMR. Results: Two compounds were obtained and identified as catalpol 1 and leonuride 2. Conclusion:The Iridoid glycosides, catalpol 1 and leonuride 2 were isolated from C. dahurica.
