摘要
目的:观察三味蒺藜散的调血脂作用.方法:通过复制高血脂动物模型(采用脂质代谢紊乱法)的方法,来探讨三味蒺藜散对高脂血症模型大鼠的血脂是否有调节作用.结果:三味蒺藜散在0.9、1.8g/kg体重剂量条件下能调节高脂饲料所导致的动物脂代谢紊乱,控制其血清胆固醇水平的升高,并一定程度地提高其血清高密度脂蛋白水平.结论:三味蒺藜散在实验剂量条件下能较好的调节高血脂动物的血脂,从而达到机体脂代谢的相对平衡.
Objective: To observe the blood lipid regulation effects of Sanwei Jili Powder(SJP). Methods: The lipid-regulating effect of SJP on hyperlipidemic rat model was studied by establishing hyperlipidemic animal model(using lipid metabolism disorder method). Results: At the dose of 0.9 and 1.8 g/kg body weight,SJP can regulate animal fat metabolic disorder caused by high fat feed,prevent the increase of serum cholesterol levels,and to a certain extent increase the serum high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) level. Conlusion: SJP can well regulate the blood lipid of hyperlipidemia at experimental dose,so as to achieve the relative balance of fat metabolism
