二甲双胍和胰岛素对妊娠期糖尿病的治疗效果及安全性比较探讨

Study on Comparison of Effect and Safety of Melbine and Insulin in Treatment of Gestational Diabetes

目的比较评价二甲双胍和胰岛素对妊娠期糖尿病的治疗效果及安全性。方法选取该院于2016年1月—2017年1月收治的妊娠期糖尿病患者86例,以随机盲选法分成两组;其中,观察组43例采取二甲双弧进行医治,对照组43例采取胰岛素进行医治,对比两组治疗效果及用药安全性。结果在空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖2项指标水平方面,治疗前两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经积极治疗后,上述2项血糖指标水平观察组改善效果均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。在患者妊娠结局方面,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);在各项并发症发生情况方面,观察组均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在临床中,针对妊娠期糖尿病患者,实施二甲双弧医治的效果要明显优于胰岛素,且用药安全性更高;因此,具备采纳及使用的价值。

Objective To compare the effect and safety of melbine and insulin in treatment of gestational diabetes. Methods86 cases of patients with gestational diabetes admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 43 cases in each, the observation group and the control group were respectively treated with melbine and insulin, and the treatment effect and medication safety were compared between the two groups. Results There were no obvious differences in the fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2 h blood glucose between the two groups before treatment（P0.05）, after positive treatment, the improvement effect of the two blood glucose levels in the observation group was better than that in the control group（P0.05）, and the pregnant outcome in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group（P0.05）, and the occurrence of various complications in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion The effect and safety of melbine in treatment of gestational diabetes are better than those of insulin, and it is worth recommendation and application.
