甘油三酯对2型糖尿病患者胰岛素用量的影响

Effect of Triglyceride on the Insulin Dosage of Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

目的研究应用胰岛素降血糖治疗的2型糖尿病患者血甘油三酯对胰岛素用量影响。方法选取华北理工大学附属医院内分泌科2016年5月—2017年6月收治的140例院外应用胰岛素降血糖治疗且血糖控制差的2型糖尿病患者,其中78例为高甘油三酯水平患者,为高甘油三酯组,62例为甘油三酯水平正常患者为正常甘油三酯组,比较两组间血脂水平、空腹及餐后2 h血糖水平、C肽水平、胰岛素水平、出入院胰岛素用量及一般情况的差异。结果高甘油三酯组出院胰岛素用量,入院胰岛素用量、糖化血红蛋白、总胆固醇、空腹胰岛素水平、餐后2 h胰岛素水平、空腹血糖、餐后血糖高于正常甘油三酯水平组;高常甘油三酯组内经饮食运动控制人数低于正常甘油三酯组。结论 2型糖尿病合并高甘油三酯血症患者胰岛素用量、空腹及餐后2 h胰岛素、血糖水平明显高于2型糖尿病正常高甘油三酯水平患者。

Objective To research the effect of triglyceride on the insulin dosage of patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods140 cases of type 2 diabetes with bad blood glucose control and treated with insulin hypoglycemia in our hospital from May2016 to June 2017 were selected and divided into two groups, including the high-level triglyceride（High triglycerides group） with 78 cases and normal-level triglyceride（low triglyce ride group） with 62 cases, and the blood liquid level, fasting blood glucose level and postprandial 2 h blood glucose level, C peptide level, insulin level, insulin dosage at admission and after discharge, and general condition were compared between the two groups. Results The insulin dosage after discharge,insulin dosage at admission, glycosylated hemoglobin, total cholesterol, fasting insulin level and postprandial 2 h insulin level, fasting blood glucose and postprandial blood glucose level in the high-level triglyceride group were higher than those in the normal triglyceride group, and the internal dieting exercise control number was lower than that in the normal triglyceride group. Conclusion The insulin dosage, fasting insulin and postprandial 2 h insulin and blood glucose level in the patients with type 2 diabetes combined with high-level triglyceride group are obviously higher than those of patients with type 2 diabetes combined with normal triglyceride.
