病毒性肝炎合并糖尿病患者行整体护理的效果分析

Analysis of Effect of Holistic Nursing in Patients with Virus Hepatitis and Diabetes

目的分析病毒性肝炎合并糖尿病患者使用整体护理的临床效果。方法选择2016年1月—2017年1月来该院就诊的病毒性肝炎合并糖尿病患者为该次研究的对象,共计患者104例,采用随机的方式分入观察组和对照组,每组各52例。对观察组患者采用整体护理的护理方式,予以对照组常规的护理方式,对两组患者的护理效果和护理满意度进行对比分析。结果根据研究结果显示,观察组患者的临床护理总有效率为86.54%,对照组的临床护理总有效率为69.23%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。按照调查的结果,观察组患者的临床护理总满意度为80.77%,对照组的临床护理总满意度为69.23%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用整体护理能够有效的提升病毒性肝炎合并糖尿病患者的护理满意程度,并且使得护理的效果变得更佳,因此非常值得在临床护理中进行推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of holistic nursing in patients with virus hepatitis and diabetes. Methods 104 cases of patients with virus hepatitis and diabetes diagnosed in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups with 52 cases in each, the observation group applied the holistic nursing, while the control group adopted the routine nursing, and the nursing effect and nursing satisfactory degree were compared between the two groups. Results The research results showed that the total effective rate in the observation group and in the control group was respectively 86.54% and 69.23%, and the difference was obvious with statistical significance（P0.05）, and the investigation showed that the total clinical nursing satisfactory degree in the observation group and in the control group was respectively 80.77% and 69.23%, and the difference was obvious with statistical significance（P0.05）. Conclusion The holistic nursing can effectively improve the nursing satisfactory degree of patients with virus hepatitis and diabetes and make the nursing effect better, therefore, it is worth promotion in clinic nursing.
