优质护理在糖尿病小儿静脉输液中的效果评价

Evaluation on Effect of Excellent Nursing in the Intravenous Infusion of Diabetes Children

目的探讨优质护理在糖尿病小儿静脉输液中的效果。方法选取2015年6月—2017年6月在该院静脉输液的22例糖尿病患儿,随机分为2组各11例,观察组给予优质护理,对照组给予常规护理,比较依从性、一次穿刺成功率和护理满意度。结果观察组患儿依从性为90.9%,一次穿刺成功率为81.8%,护理满意度为100.0%,明显优于对照组63.6%、54.5%、72.7%(P<0.05);观察组Wang-Baker评分(2.53±0.41)分,显著低于对照组(5.07±0.62)分(P<0.05)。结论优质护理在糖尿病小儿静脉输液中,能有效提高患儿治疗依从性和护理满意度,减轻疼痛感,值得应用。

Objective To study the effect of excellent nursing in the intravenous infusion of diabetes children. Methods 22 cases of diabetes children for intravenous infusion in our department from June 2015 to June 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 11 cases in each, the observation group were given the excellent nursing, while the control group were given the routine nursing, and the compliance, success rate of one-time puncture and nursing satisfactory degree were compared between the two groups. Results The compliance, success rate of one-time puncture and nursing satisfactory degree in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group,（90.9%, 81.8%, 100.0% vs63.6%, 54.5%, 72.7%）（P0.05）, and the Wang-Baker score in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group, [（2.53±0.41）points vs（5.07±0.62）points ]（P0.05）. Conclusion The excellent nursing in the intravenous infusion of diabetes children can effectively improve the treatment compliance and nursing satisfactory degree, relieve the pains,and it is worth application.
