多学科协作模式在老年糖尿病患者护理中的应用分析

Analysis of Application of Multi-discipline Cooperation Mode in the Nursing of Senile Diabetes Patients

目的研究讨论多学科协作模式对老年糖尿病患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取该院2012年4月—2014年10月收治的102例老年糖尿病患者,分为对照组和观察组,每组51例,对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组接受多学科协作模式护理,观察两组患者护理后效果。结果观察组住院时间及费用显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者对护理的满意程度显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症几率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多学科协作模式护理优于常规护理,减少了患者住院的时间和费用,对老年糖尿病患者护理中的效果显著,值得推广应用。

Objective To research and study the application effect of multi-discipline cooperation mode in the nursing of senile diabetes patients. Methods 102 cases of senile diabetes patients from April 2012 to October 2014 in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups with 51 cases in each, the control group were given the routine nursing, while the observation group were given the multi-discipline cooperative mode, and the nursing effect of the two groups was observed.Results The length of stay and cost in the observation group were obviously lower than those in the control group（P0.05）,and the nursing satisfactory degree in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group（P0.05）,and the occurrence probability of complications in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion The effect of multi-discipline cooperation mode is better than that of routine nursing, and it reduces the length of stay and hospitalization cost, and the nursing effect of senile diabetes patients is obvious, and it is worth promotion and application.
